We offer for hire the Bill Kember Function Rooms at Maroubra Surf Life Saving Club. We trust that the information below will assist you in planning your special event. Our facilities are suitable for various types of events:

FACILITIES:
The Maroubra Surf Life Saving Club has two large function rooms, one suitable for canapés and drinks and the other suited to seated functions. Both rooms are included in the hire cost. The rooms also have wonderful views of the beach and ocean. There is a large balcony at the front and side of the function room which will enable the hirer to make use of the BBQ facilities available. There is a dance floor/stage – polished wood. There are Mens and Womens amenities on the same level as the function rooms and are for the use of function guests only.
The members of Maroubra Surf Lifesaving Club are rightly proud of their club and facilities and the memorabilia which are displayed in the club. In order to maintain the excellent facilities the hirer is asked to adhere to the following guidelines:

Decorations – No adhesives to be attached to the painted walls or to ceilings.

Fire regulations - Require that candles be enclosed in glass votives.

Confetti, glitter or petals are not permitted in the club house.

The hirer is responsible for any damage sustained to the premises or property of Maroubra Surf Life Saving Club Inc during the period of use, including any abnormal wear and tear.

Table clothes, chair covers and any other belongings must be removed from the club following the function.
