Maroubra SLSC will accept late applications once renewal has been processed online along with payment of relevant membership fees and the late fee application of $20.00.

ALL NIPPERS must complete their aquatic evaluation or, depending on their age, proficiency swim.

    You can join Maroubra SLSC for the first time or renew your membership quickly online through the Surf Life Saving Australia - Members Portal.

    This guide will help you whether you need to create a portal account, have a portal account already or are joining for the first time!

  •  

    Joining for the first time

    1. Go to https://sls.com.au/join/
    2. Click Join
    3. Select entity - Check Surf Life Saving Club
    4. Select state - Choose Surf Life Saving NSW
    5. Club/Organisation - Type Maroubra
    6. Fill out your details and submit
    7. If you wish to join more members of your family then click the ‘create a family group’ link
    8. To accept SLSA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND DECLARATION (click to view it) : Tick the 3 boxes and fill in the parent or guardian full name section
    9. Submit the form
    10. If you are renewing for more than one member this must be repeated for each member.
    11. Be sure to make your Membership Payment - follow the Online Payment link. Choose the amount for your membership category.

    Note: All membership applications won’t be processed until you’ve paid the appropriate annual membership fee.

    NEW MEMBER IDENTIFICATION

    New members must send us an image of their proof of age (birth certificate or passport) to: nippersregistration@maroubraslsc.com.au

     

  • Renewing - no portal account

    1. Go to https://portal.sls.com.au/
    2. At the bottom of the box you’ll see: Don’t have a Members Area account yet? Click here to create one.
    3. Enter your membership details and choose an ID confirmation method.
    4. This must be an email or mobile number originally used to join with.
    5. If you’re not sure what these details are contact the Club Secretary at secretary@maroubraslsc.com.au
    6. Choose a username
    7. Choose a password
    8. Activate your account using the code or link sent to you
    9. Go to next section - Renewing - with portal account

     

    Renewing - with portal account

    1. Go to https://portal.sls.com.au/
    2. Login in
    3. If you have forgotten your password or username use the links provided to recover
    4. Under the Members Area section of the top navigation you will see Memberships (second after Dashboard).
    5. You will see your current club membership
    6. Select ‘renew’
    7. Check all your details are correct and make any required updates
    8. Submit the form
    9. If you are renewing for more than one member this must be repeated for each member.
    10. Be sure to make your Membership Payment - follow the Online Payment link. Choose the amount for your membership category.

    You can pay for more than one member at a time through the payment portal, just be sure to list each of their names.

     

    RENEWING - WITH FAMILY GROUP 

    1. Go to https://portal.sls.com.au/
    2. Login in to the primary contact of your group
    3. If you have forgotten your password or username use the links provided to recover
    4. Under the Members Area section of the top navigation you will see Memberships (second after Dashboard), select FAMILY
    5. Select RENEW MEMBERSHIPS in the ACTION column
    6. Select the member(s) you need to renew
    7. Tick the box to accept the SLSA Membership application declaration
    8. Be sure to make your Membership Payment - follow the Online Payment link. Choose the amount for your membership category

    You can pay for more than one member at a time through the payment portal, just be sure to list each of their names.

    Note : If you need to update any member's detail, please go back to My Family Dashboard (Memberships/Family) and select VIEW in the ACTION column ; Click on EDIT for each member that need an update. Change details, tick boxes and fill in the parent/guardian name section before submitting the form.
